If children are collected more than 10 minutes late, we will unfortunately need to apply a ‘late collection fee’ of £10 per child.
If children remain uncollected for 30 minutes and no contact can be made with any family members, then in accordance with our policies we will have no choice but to contact our local safeguarding team.
If you have an emergency and you cannot collect your child on time, or nominate another responsible adult to collect them, please contact us as soon as possible.
