Late pick-ups

If children are collected after 6pm with no prior arrangement or explanation, we will unfortunately need to apply a ‘late collection fee’ of £10 per child. £10 will also be charged for every 15 minutes that passes.

If children remain uncollected for 30 minutes and no contact can be made with any family members, then in accordance with our policies we will have no choice but to contact our local safeguarding team.

If you have an emergency and you cannot collect your child on time, or nominate another responsible adult to collect them, please contact us as soon as possible.
