The wellbeing of your little ones is our number one priority. Here are some of the steps we take to ensure that our children are safe, and the Preschool & Kids Club is secure:

Westwood Preschool has a duty under the law to help safeguard children against suspected or actual ‘significant harm’.
Our strong partnerships with children and their families helps us to be aware of any concerns that may emerge, meaning we can offer support, including referral, to appropriate agencies, when necessary, to help families in difficulty.
Our Designated Safeguarding Officer (DSL) is Rachel Wright, Preschool Manager
“Staff carry out daily checks both indoors and outdoors to ensure that children play in a safe and secure environment. Children learn how to keep themselves safe when crossing the road when they are visited by a crossing patrol person.”
