She’s organised and has a good eye for detail, making her the perfect deputy manager. With the little ones, she’s nurturing and in tune with what each child needs. She gives children consistency and helps them to feel safe and settled.

Clare Smith
Room Manager, Caterpillars
If you need to find Clare, look for the person who’s dressed up and doing something ridiculous to entertain the children! She has a daftness and sense of fun that our children adore. As well as being side-splittingly funny, she’s caring, nurturing, and the ‘grandmother’ of our wonderful team.

Kelly lives and breathes Early Years education. She’s Rachel’s go-to for talking about quality and improvement. She loves games and puzzles, and is especially good at challenging our older children with fun activities.
