Manager, SENCO & Designated Safeguarding Lead

Our lovely manager Rachel can’t walk through the school playground without being surrounded by adoring ex-preschoolers! She’s bubbly, affectionate, super organised, and her favourite thing is to read stories to the little ones.

Kate O’Brien

Deputy Manager, Butterflies & Kids Club

Kate is our phonics queen! She loves carpet time, especially in small groups, and her favourite thing is a bouncy rhyming book. She’s organised and has a good eye for detail, making her the perfect deputy manager. With the little ones, she’s nurturing and in tune with what each child needs. She gives children consistency and helps them to feel safe and settled.

Clare Smith

Room Manager, Caterpillars 

If you need to find Clare, look for the person who’s dressed up and doing something ridiculous to entertain the children! She has a daftness and sense of fun that our children adore. As well as being side-splittingly funny, she’s caring, nurturing, and the ‘grandmother’ of our wonderful team.

Suzanne Dimmick

Early Years Practitioner

Suzanne has the most wonderful imagination, always coming up with amazing ideas for activities to inject fresh excitement into the little one’s days. She loves working one-to-one, and she has a calm, gentle, and kind way that children love. She has the biggest heart, and will go above and beyond to support any child who needs a bit of extra love if they’re having an off day.

Kelly Barlow

Early Years Practitioner

Kelly lives and breathes Early Years education. She’s Rachel’s go-to for talking about quality and improvement. She’s always up to date with her knowledge, and is constantly reflecting on how we can keep our game high to provide the very best for the little ones in our care. She loves games and puzzles, and is especially good at challenging our older children with fun activities.

Sarah Boden

Early Years Practitioner

You can never be miserable with Sarah around - she’s crackers! The children just love her daftness and sense of humour. She gives the best cuddles and helps children to feel settled and secure. Behind the scenes, she’s also incredibly organised, and the team love her, not least because she makes a cracking brew!

Donna is our walking jukebox! She sings her way through her days, and she loves the children as much as they love her. She’s cuddly and affectionate, and has an extra-special bond with our Special Needs children. She’s consistent, reliable, and puts her heart and soul into everything she does.

Kid’s Club Practitioner

Tina brings a wealth of life-skills to our lovely team. She’s a mother, a grandmother, and a former police officer! Don’t mess with Tina! She’s great with the older children in the Kid’s Club, and she has a keen focus on parent welfare and parent partnerships. She’s supportive, organised, and the kids love her!
